AIG PRESS BRIEFING:

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 25, 2008) — The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) held a press briefing this week to provide an update on issues related to American International Group (AIG).

The briefing was held Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, during the NAIC Fall National Meeting in National Harbor, Md. Participants were:

• Roger A. Sevigny, NAIC President-Elect and New Hampshire Insurance Commissioner
• Jane L. Cline, NAIC Vice President and West Virginia Insurance Commissioner

• Eric R. Dinallo, New York State Insurance Superintendent
• Joel Ario, Pennsylvania Insurance Commissioner
• Thomas R. Sullivan, Connecticut Insurance Commissioner
