Mission

The Mission of the ERISA Working Group is to monitor, report, and analyze developments related to ERISA, and make recommendations regarding NAIC strategy and policy with respect to those developments.

  1. Monitor, report, and analyze developments related to ERISA, and make recommendations regarding NAIC strategy and policy with respect to those developments.—Essential
  2. Review the NAIC’s ERISA Handbook and modify as necessary to reflect developments related to ERISA. Report annually.—Important
  3.  Review and revise the Stop Loss Insurance Model Act (#92) to take into account medical inflation.—Important
