The Title Statistical Plan (C) Working Group was appointed by the Title Insurance (C) Task Force to develop implementation strategies to assist states in collecting data related to the Title Insurance Agent Statistical Report. This will more than likely involve the development of a guideline to collect data and to maintain confidentiality of the data. Results were reported at the 2011 Spring National Meeting
