Producer Licensing Working Group

The working group's focus on CE is primarily regarding the number of hours of credit that should be awarded for computer-based Internet courses. The Producer Licensing Working Group and Market Regulation & Consumer Affairs (D) Committee adopted the following Recommended Guidelines for Online Courses and the Uniform CE Education Reciprocity Filing Form at the NAIC 2005 Winter National Meeting.
