Producer Licensing Working Group

The Independent Adjuster Licensing Subgroup of the Producer Licensing (D) Working Group is developing a guideline to address the licensing of independent adjusters. The guideline will adress licensing reciprocity, adjuster appointment requirements and the development of a uniform application for independent adjusters.

The Independent Adjuster Licensing Guideline draft: This guideline was adopted by the D Committee at the 2008 Summer National Meeting. The guideline will be presented to the Executive Committee for adoption at the 2008 Fall National Meeting
