2008 Charges

1. Increase utilization and implementation of the Company Licensing Best Practices Handbook by regulators.
2. Continue to reduce state specific requirements, including the need for hard copies, for the forms and supplemental information involved in Uniform Certificate of Authority (UCAA) applications and to streamline the application process.
3. Continue to enhance the electronic UCAA tool to increase user friendliness, accuracy and utility and increase its usage by industry and regulators.
4. Address the future work items identified in the completion of the Company Licensing Best Practices Handbook project.
