The Receivership Model Act Revision (E) Working Group is responsible
for developing and updating model laws pertaining to insurer insolvencies
and the state guaranty fund system. Current model laws under the
working group’s purview include the Insurer Receivership Model
Act, the Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association Model
Act and the Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Model
Act.
