The Reciprocity Checklist has been prepared to assist the NARAB Working Group in its assessment of the states' continuing compliance with the reciprocity requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Consistent with the reciprocity report and certification timeline adopted by the Executive Committee and Plenary during the Fall National Meeting, states are requested to submit a completed checklist. Checklists are posted here as they are received, and interested parties are provided with a 30-day period for submitting written comments. All comments will be posted here.
