  • Provide ongoing maintenance and review of reciprocity guidelines for continuing education providers, state review and approval of courses, with particular attention to continuing educations provided over the Internet.

The Producer Licensing Working Group and Producer Licensing (EX) Task Force adopted the revised Recommended Guidelines for Online Courses and the Uniform CE Education Reciprocity Filing Form at the NAIC 2009 Fall National Meeting.
