Speed to Market Task Force

Mission

The Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission (IIPRC) requested that the Speed to Market (EX) Task Force appoint a National Standards (EX) Working Group to draft national standards for insurance products that are eligible for inclusion in the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. Standards adopted by the working group and the Speed to Market (EX) Task Force are then taken up by the IIPRC for consideration. The Life Subgroup of the Interstate Compact National Standards (EX) Working Group will meet via conference call on

November 1 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
November 9 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
November 14 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern
November 21 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
November 29 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern

All calls are 1½ hour long.

Interstate Compact - Annuity Subgroup

The IC-Annuity Subgroup has completed its work on Additional Standards for Change of Insured Benefit, Additional Standards for Index-Linked Crediting Feature Provided Through a Separate Account and Additional Standards for Index-Linked Crediting Feature of Deferred Non-Variable Annuities. The Subgroup is not currently scheduled to meet until further notice by the IIPRC.
