Interstate Compact National Standards (EX) Working Group

Speed to Market Task Force

Mission

The Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission (IIPRC) requested that the Speed to Market (EX) Task Force appoint an Interstate Compact National Standards Working Group to draft national standards for insurance products that are eligible for inclusion in the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. Standards adopted by the working group and the Speed to Market (EX) Task Force are then taken up by the IIPRC for consideration. 2008 Charge

  • Draft national standards for insurance products that are eligible for inclusion in the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact. Report the results of this ongoing charge on a quarterly basis.
