State Based Systems includes a comprehensive Company Licensing Service utilized by several states in support of their company licensing needs. This session will include an overview of the SBS state offering as well as a discussion concerning a new external service being considered whose objective is to create a more efficient communication flow between the insurance company and the insurance department. The focus on this discussion will be to identify the most pressing areas where SBS could support the needs of states and the insurance companies. Key area being considered include: company contact maintenance, address changes, and consumer complaint notification and resolution. |
