September 28, 2012 – Last day to order additional modeled results for a 2011 portfolio. All invoices related to these purchases must be paid by Tuesday, Oct. 9, to receive access to the 2011 modeling results. |

September 28, 2012 – Last day to submit changes to the contact information for your company's 2012 initial invoice. Please review the 2011 invoice contacts file to determine if the contact information needs to change for 2012. If so, please email the AVS Administrator at avsisis@naic.org by Sept. 28 with the person's name, company, phone number and email address. Please Note: If we do not receive any notification from your company prior to this date, the initial invoice will be sent to the same individual invoiced in 2011. If your company is part of a group, the invoice will be sent to the financial statement filing contact for the company in the group holding the largest assets of RMBS/CMBS securities. |

October 10, 2012 – Last day to access and download any 2011 portfolios in AVS. The NAIC will identify the RMBS/CMBS securities to be modeled in 2012 and will replace the 2011 files. |

November 1, 2012 – Initial invoice notifications will be emailed to the designated contact. |

November 2, 2012 – Start submitting additional securities to be considered for modeling. |

November 16, 2012 – Deadline for submitting securities to be considered for modeling to be included in the December file. |

December 21, 2012 – RMBS/CMBS modeled data will be posted to AVS. |
The 2012 Structured Securities modeled data prices for CUSIPs held by insurers will remain the same as 2011 with $88 per CMBS CUSIP and $61.60 per RMBS CUSIP.
