• Receive an update From Representatives Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin and Tom Price of Georgia on H.R. 506, the Health Partnership through Creative Federalism Act

• Receive a report on the Legislative Liaison meeting that took place on September 29, 2007

• Receive and update from staff on the status of federal health legislation including:

• Medigap
• Medicare Advantage
• SHIP Funding
• High Risk Pools
• Mental Health Parity
• ERISA Reforms
• Long Term Care

• Receive an update from staff on federal property and casualty and other legislation including:
• TRIA Extension
• Natural Catastrophes
• Flood
• Surplus Lines
