Profitability (C) Working Group
November 28, 2007

The Profitability (C) Working Group met via a Regulator to Regulator conference call November 28, 2007, pursuant to item 3 of the NAIC Policy Statement on Open Meetings.

The Working Group discussed outstanding issues and adopted the Report on Profitability by Line by State 2006. The adoption of the report is subject to a final review of the Technical Notes by the co-chair, Brent Kabler. The final publication should be available in the later part of December 2007.

During the upcoming year, the Profitability (C) Working Group plans to enhance the presentation of the formulas in the Narrative section to improve the transparency of the report.
