The Executive Committee (EX) met June 15, 2009.

During this meeting, the Committee:

• Received Quarterly Reports on model law development efforts for the following:
• Amendments to Standard Nonforfeiture Law for Life Insurance (#808)
• Amendments to Standard Valuation Law (#820)
• Amendments to Annuity Disclosure Model Regulation (#245)
• Amendments to Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Act (#275)
• Amendments to Long Term Care Insurance Model Regulation (#641)
• Amendments to Risk-Based Capital (RBC) for Health Organizations Model Act (#315)
• Amendments to Derivatives Instrument Model Regulation (#282)

• Received the report of the NIPR Board of Directors.

• Received and ratified the report of the SERFF Board of Directors.

• Received the report of the IIPRC.

Action Items:

• Adopted the minutes from the Committee’s April 3 electronic vote concerning the formation of the AIG Managing (EX) Task Force.

• Adopted its task force and working group reports: Climate Change and Global Warming Task Force; Government Relations Leadership Council; International Insurance Relations Leadership Group; Military Sales Working Group; Producer Licensing Task Force; SVO Initiatives Working Group; Solvency Modernization Initiative Task Force; and Speed to Market Task Force.

• Adopted the report of the Internal Administration (EX1) Subcommittee meeting of June 13.
