The Suitability of Annuity Sales (A) Working Group of the Life Insurance and Annuities (A) Committee met via conference call Dec. 1, 2009.

During this meeting, the Working Group:

  • Adopted its Nov. 24 conference call minutes.
  • Reviewed and discussed a Nov. 27 draft of proposed revisions to the Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation (#275).
  • Voted to adopt the Nov. 27 draft.
