The Large Deductible Study Implementation (C) Working Group of the Workers’ Compensation (C) Task Force did not meet this quarter. Through correspondence, the Working Group conducted the following activities:
The Regulatory Framework (B) Task Force continues to review the latest draft Third-Party Administrator Guidelines in regard to health insurance changes from that of the current Third-Party Administrator Statute (#90). Once the Task Force review has been completed, a review of the revised guidelines will be conducted by both the Working Group and the Producer Licensing (EX) Task Force. The draft guidelines are being developed by the Working Group to eventually replace the current Third-Party Administrator Statute in order to add workers’ compensation and to provide updates, which would entail a few changes pertaining to health insurance. |
