The Reinsurance (E) Task Force met Dec. 5, 2009. During this
meeting, the Task Force:
- Received a report from NAIC staff on developments in Congress
with respect to reinsurance-related issues, including the Reinsurance
Regulatory Modernization Act of 2009.
- Received a report from Stephen W. Schwab (DLA Piper) with
respect to the Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements.
