Login to AVS and select "Update Period End Order/AVS Contact." From this screen, you can generate month-end, quarter-end, year-end and addendum files automatically. Reports will be displayed under the "Period End Valuation Files" on the "Manage Portfolio Request" page. For more details, see Page 28 of the AVS User Manual.
