Receivership and Insolvency Task Force

The Receivership Technology and Administration (E) Working Group is responsible for developing and implementing technology-based strategies to make the administration of receiverships more effective and efficient. The Working Group includes the following subgroups:

• Receivership Internet Use Subgroup. This subgroup studies and recommends using Internet-based resources for receivership information delivery and capture and developing related standards as appropriate. Recent projects include the Global Receivership Information Database (GRID) and the Uniform Receivership Internet Template. Currently in development is an Internet-based proof of claims submission system, ClaimNet.

2008 Charges

1. Promote receivership best practices through updates to the Uniform Data Standards, when needed; (iii) maintenance and enhancement of existing receivership technology applications, including GRID and ClaimNet.
