The NARAB (EX) Working Group met June 14, 2009.

During the meeting, the Working Group:

• Received comments from interested parties concerning the proposed “Report of the NARAB Working Group: Continuing Compliance with Reciprocity Requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.”
• Adopted the “Report of the NARAB Working Group: Continuing Compliance with Reciprocity Requirements of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.”
• Discussed the next steps, including a proposed timeline, for recertifying states as compliant with the updated reciprocity standard contained within the Report.

Action Items:
