The Regulatory Framework (B) Task Force did not meet Sept. 22, 2009. The meeting was cancelled due to the scheduled appearance of Vice President Joe Biden. The Task Force will meet by conference call in a few weeks to complete the work it was scheduled to perform during the meeting.
