The Consumer Guides (C) Working Group met via conference call Sept. 2 and Aug. 26, 2009.

During the conference calls, the Working Group reviewed a July 24 draft of A Consumer’s Guide to Homeowners Insurance, which was proposed by the Consumer Guides Drafting Subgroup. Various edits to the draft were discussed by the Working Group. The Working Group produced a Sept. 16 draft of A Consumer's Guide to Homeowners Insurance, which was approved by the Working Group via an e-mail vote on Sept. 17.
