The National Treatment and Coordination (E) Working Group met via conference call Aug. 26 and July 8, 2009. During the meetings, the Working Group:

• Received the July 22 and June 24 summaries of the Issues Subgroup.
• Approved Essent Guaranty, Inc, to participate in the Expedited Licensing (Pilot) Program.
• Approved a chart on the NAIC Web site regarding credit information on background investigative reports.
• Discussed updating the Change of Address/Contact Notification, Form 14 Application, depending on survey results.
• Discussed developing a Surrendering Certificate of Authority/Withdraw Corporate Amendment application form.
• Distributed a survey regarding developing a uniform Affidavit of Lost Certificate of Authority. The Issues Subgroup will develop this form, depending on survey results.
• The National Treatment and Coordination Working Group and the Operational Efficiencies (EX) Working Group will continue working together to coordinate policy form reviews and licensing approvals for corporate changes.
