The Broker Compensation (EX) Task Force met Sept. 21, 2009. The meeting was held in regulator-to-regulator session, in accordance with Section 3 of the NAIC Policy Statement on Open Meetings.

During this meeting, the Task Force discussed the reasons for its formation, including the legal and regulatory impact of potential changes to the limitations on contingent commissions applicable to entities subject to regulatory settlement agreements and underlying state attorneys general agreements.
