The Industry Liaison Committee met on Sept. 22, 2009. During this meeting, Committee:

• Received statements from representatives of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI), American Insurance Association (AIA) and Risk Management Solutions, Inc. (RMS).
• Discussed the following topics: the state of the personal lines market; the purpose and goals of NAIC Center for Insurance Policy and Research (CIPR); the NAIC rating agency proposal; the NAIC natural catastrophe model proposal; credit-based insurance scoring; and the readability of personal lines policies.
