The Financial Analysis (E) Working Group of the Financial Condition
(E) Committee met in executive session on Dec. 7, 2009. During
the meeting the Working Group:
- Heard presentations on nationally significant insurers and
groups that are exhibiting characteristics of potentially troubled
companies.
