Meeting times and locations are subject to change.

No refund is applicable at this special rate.
Registrations received after March 2 will be handled on-site. Please have your credit card or check available for on-site registration. The NAIC accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Cancellation Policy
All meeting registration cancellations MUST be in writing to the NAIC Meetings Department. Fax to 816-460-7666 or email, meetingsmail@naic.org. Refunds are issued accordingly:
Cancellation request by March 2, 2015 $325
Cancellation request after March 2, 2015 No refund
Registration fees are NOT transferable to future meetings, however substitutions are accepted. Cancellation refund checks will be processed after April 2, 2015.

The NAIC will now be utilizing a single rate structure for both regulators and non-regulators as noted below.

Regulator and Non-Regulator Rate

NAIC Room Rate: $250.00 (single/double)
Regulator and Non-Regulator Rate
All room rates are subject to 12.27% tax per room, per night or current tax rate. Five percent of your hotel room rate is being rebated to the NAIC to defray meeting expenses. The NAIC reserves the right to change your reservation to the correct block, should your meeting registration not correspond with your chosen room block. Please refer to your hotel confirmation for cancellation details.

Reserved room blocks expire March 2, 2015, however rooms may be sold out prior to this deadline. Arrival/departure date changes should be made directly with the hotel, which will be subject to a rate increase and availability after the initial reservation.

Draft meeting minutes are available free for meeting attendees 10 business days after a national meeting concludes, using the User ID and Password supplied by the NAIC. Regulators may access minutes via StateNet. Final committee minutes and Proceedings of the NAIC are available to non-attendees, after adoption at the next national meeting, for free in PDF format through the NAIC Products & Services website.
